Consent Week: “It Happened Here” Screening

The movie “It Happened Here” explores sexual assault on campuses through the personal testimonials of five survivors who transform their experiences into a springboard. Instead of hiding away in shame, they chose to speak out.

Fighting Islamaphobia

From 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Student Center – 310B

Our goals are to educate the general student population on Muslim culture and Islamic faith. Also to create a safe environment for the audience to ask candid questions about Islam.

“Interality: Understanding Chinese Philosophy,” Dr. Geling Shang (GVSU), Philosophy Speaker Series

In this talk, Dr. Geling Shang (GVSU) will present the concept of Interality as a means to better understand Chinese Philosophy.

Consent Week: A Walk in Her Shoes

EMU’s Tau Kappa Epsilon and the Women’s Resource Center host “A Walk in Her Shoes.” Come learn more about how men can become involved in ending violence against women. Also, be on the lookout for EMU men students marching in high heels!

International Conversation Club
