If you’ve answered YES to any of the previous questions then you may have what it takes to become a Supplemental Instruction Leader!
Starting October 19th and running through October 22nd, the Supplemental Instruction (SI) Program will be looking for qualified students to serve as Supplemental Instruction Leaders (SILs) for the Winter 2016 semester.
In order to become an SIL students must be in good academic standing with the university, be enrolled at least part time (full time for international students), have an overall GPA of 3.2 or better, have received a B+ or better in the class that they wish to work with, and have a recommendation letter from the faculty member that teaches their desired course.
Interested students should discuss the position with a faculty member and stop by recruitment tables to receive more information. You can also drop by the Holman Success Center in G04 Halle Library to pick up an application.

The priority deadline for SIL positions is November 9th, 2015. Get your applications in as soon as possible!
