Also don’t forget this Wednesday, HSC is sponsoring two wellness workshops. In this highly interactive workshop, you’ll come to understand the 8 dimensions of wellness and how they continuously interact with each other. You’ll also reflect on your own personal wellness & get strategies for improving motivation and commitment. PLus, as always, you earn points!

WRC Brown Bag: Cervical Cancer, Gardasil-9 and HPV

The WRC Brown Bag Lecture Series program topic shifts to cervical cancer, with a presentation titled “Gardasil-9 and HPV” by Linda Arnsdorf. She is a women’s Nurse Practitioner and addresses many health issues that young college women may have.

LGBT – Physical Self Defense Course

This is a self defense program specifically for the LGBT community. Course is open to all gender identities and sexual orientation. We will focus on defensive/offensive physical self defense techniques and safety awareness skills.

Latino Student Association’s 1st Annual Quinceanera

The purpose of this event is to convey the significance of this traditional milestone in a Latina’s life. There will be components to explain its history. This event will include music, dancing, a sit-down dinner. Formal attire is suggested.
