It’s that time again! The time where everyone gets a small break from the insanity we call college. It’s the time when we get to relax our mind and body for a while and be sort of lazy. We can be with family and/or friends, and we don’t have to worry about having a textbook or computer constantly in our face. We can stay up as late as we want, and watch countless hours of our favorite show on Netflix. Even though these things are all great, here is a few tips to keep in mind:
1.) RELAX. Take some time for you. Meditate, get a massage, make a nice dinner for yourself, or do whatever you need to do to help yourself relax and rejuvenate.
3.) Do something you’ve never done before. Make your break exciting!
4.) We are halfway done with the semester, so come back ready to rock and be successful the next 2 months!
