TED Talk Tuesday: Margaret Heffernan, “Dare to Disagree”

Margaret Heffernan, a business woman, says conflict is a good thing. She says collaboration in which constructive conflict is created leads to greater certainty in ideas. She argues that conflict leads to the very best thinking. To create constructive conflict, we must first find people to collaborate with who are different from ourselves and we also have to be open to changing our minds.
